Moniepoint Microfinance Bank has launched a USSD channel by which eligible Nigerians can test their standing and entry the Federal Government’s N50,000 National Emergency Relief and Stabilisation Intervention (NERSI).
The financial institution in a press release mentioned prospects can test their eligibility by dialling 557327# from their registered cellphone numbers and deciding on the choice to confirm their standing, with out making any further fee or offering further documentation.
The initiative, led by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, is designed to present direct monetary help to weak Nigerian households to assist meet important wants amid prevailing financial pressures.
As one of many fee suppliers chosen by the Federal Government to facilitate NERSI disbursements, Moniepoint is leveraging its digital banking infrastructure to present eligible beneficiaries with an accessible channel to obtain the assist.
