Nasir appeared earlier than Magistrate Abdulaziz Mahmud at Magistrates’ Court No. 15 in Nomansland, Kano, the place he confronted expenses of homicide and inflicting grievous bodily hurt.
The prosecution counsel, Auwal Sani Dandago, introduced the defendant earlier than the court, which ordered that he be remanded in a correctional facility till November 12, 2026, pending recommendation from the federal government.
According to the allegations, Nasir attacked Dalladi and Nura with a knife. Dalladi reportedly died from his accidents, whereas Nura is receiving medical therapy.
The incident was stated to have occurred alongside Sokoto Road in Kano following an argument over driving area. The deceased allegedly failed to offer Nasir enough room whereas they have been driving, resulting in the confrontation.
